Amrita is the current Chief of Insights & Strategy for Acumen and was previously their Chief of Business Development. Prior to her time with Acumen, Amrita has been a management consultant and has held CFO roles with Acumen Fund and Katzenbach Partners, a Booz & Company company. Amrita also sits on the Board of another social enterprise and draws on her experience advising organizations and senior management.
Millicent is Warc’s Procurement Officer. She is looks after Warc’s requisition needs, coordinating the sourcing of inputs and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective manner. Prior to Warc she gained experience in sales, marketing and advertising roles in Ghana. She holds a Bsc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cape Coast, as well as professional certificates in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations from GIJ.
Omar is Warc’s Sales Manager. He joined the company in 2022 and he is responsible for maintaining existing, and building new relationships with our current and potential partners and clients, as well as key relationships with large farmer suppliers and buyers. Omar has more than 10 years of experience in multiple industries in Ghana, having worked in distribution, logistics, sales and travel.
Naa-Adoley Pappoe Naa Adoley Pappoe is Warc’s Human Resource Manager, responsible for managing the end-to-end of employee success, including recruitment, benefits, evaluation and retention. She leads the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and also the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Naa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Geography at the University of Ghana and is currently a student of the Chartered institute of Human Resource Management.
Wilondja joined Warc in 2021 as part of the Princeton in Africa fellowship and focused on impact reporting and M&E. He is now responsible for managing the Trading Hubs. He previously helped customers design and deploy cloud infrastructures on Azure at Microsoft Seattle. He holds a degree Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Whitworth University and a Masters in Data Analytics from Western Governors University.
Priscilla is a Farmer Connector at Warc. She spends her days in the field, with farmers and with our Trading Hub supervisors to ensure that farmers have the inputs, knowledge and support they need. She is passionate about supporting rural livelihoods, particularly youth in Ghana. She previously worked as an M&E officer for the Ghana National Service Secretariat and holds a Bsc in Development Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
