Warc has assembled a team of international and local technical staff. Monitoring & Evaluation
We provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E), program assessments, and donor reporting services to a diverse range of funders, including USAID, the World Bank, GIZ, and various investors. Our comprehensive approach includes the training and supervision of large teams of enumerators for projects and academic studies. Our team is equipped with expertise in study design, key performance indicator (KPI) management, and geospatial information science (GIS), and we conduct rigorous, quarterly impact assessments using both qualitative and quantitative methods, along with GIS, operational, and financial data.

Capacity Building and R&D
Our capacity building services include comprehensive training programs for various stakeholders along the agricultural value chain, such as SMEs and smallholder farmers. These programs may include business and financial skills, social and technical skills. Our R&D efforts are focused on sustainable agriculture. We meticulously design and conduct regenerative agricultural trials and establish demonstration plots, showcasing the practical application and effectiveness of eco-friendly farming methods.
