Carlos is a seasoned finance manager with 25+ years of experience in the private sector. Carlos is experienced in managing teams in accounting, treasury, management control and risk management which includes knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and consolidation accounting. He has working experience in Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lesotho and Kenya.
Thomas is Warc’s runner, taking care of all kinds of odd jobs throughout the day, from helping to pay bills at the bank, to picking up new arrivals at the airport, to fixing broken doors. He ensures that everything is taken care of so that other parts of the company can run smoothly.
Candelaria is the CSR Manager and Director of the Warc Foundation, where she leads the design, fundraising and implementation of the Group’s CSR Programs. Previously, she was the Founder and President of ABA (Anti Bullying Argentina), the country’s main anti-bullying NGO.
Fernando is Warc Ghana’s agronomist and farm manager. He has oversight of Warc Ghana’s production sites and leads the technical implementation in developing Warc’s Training Farms and embedding regenerative agricultural practices in Ghana. He has 5 years professional experience and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Republic, Uruguay.
Bright is the operations manager for Warc Ghana’s and its first employee. He is responsible for management of people, machines and community relations for our production. Bright has developed a passion for agriculture and sees a fantastic opportunity to personally grow and support Warc push the boundaries on agriculture, rural development and social entrepreneurship. He holds a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
Afua is Warc’s Finance Manager. She joined Warc in 2018 and has supported Warc’s growth in Ghana in accounting, treasury, finance and administrative back-stopping. Afua is a Chartered Accountant, holding a Msc. In International Finance from Esc Rennes School of Business, and a Bsc. In Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Ghana.
