Jorge Lopez Menendez

Founder & COO

Jorge is an agricultural entrepreneur and founder of JTF, a company managing 27,000ha of land in Argentina. He holds an engineering degree in agronomy from Universidad de Buenos Aires, and has over a decade of experience managing large-scale farms. Jorge is one of the early adopters of no-till farming in Argentina, and was instrumental in introducing environmentally friendly models there. He has produced seeds and commodities for large multinationals such as Glencore, Bunge and Nidera. Jorge and his wife moved to Sierra Leone in 2015 and are based at the farm full-time.
